GOSPEL REFLECTION

Jesus uses the image of salt and light. The salt makes things tasty and light shows the way. The images of salt and light can also be applied to communities to which we belong, a family, a parish, or other group. Our world is full of new ways of communicating. But what about allowing our own light to really shine for others? Jesus warns against hiding our light under a tub.
