Good  Shepherd  Sunday

There has been a steep decline in the numbers responding to the call to priesthood and Religious life. One positive way of tackling this decline is to engage in robust prayer for vocations. A second positive way is to find something good about a priest or a Religious, and to actually say it to others.

Today, our diocese requests you to consciously pray for vocations to the priesthood in Cashel & Emly. Please make the Prayer for Vocations each day this coming week, and beyond it.

`Thanks`  to  Prayer  Friends

At short notice, 22 parishioners have readily undertaken the role of Prayer Friend to one or

other of the 22 girls and boys preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The candidates and their parents appreciate this valuable form of Faith support. Many thanks to our volunteers.
