A new page on display – a letter from the architect to Canon Power approving  plans to erect the organ gallery and the carving work outside and above the main doors.  O’Connells of Cork got the contract.

Candlelight  Memorial  Service

This Sunday, 24th , at 3.00pm. To pray for all wh died or were buried in Emly during 2019 and for family members laid to rest elsewhere. And to ask the Lord’s comforting of their loved ones.

 

There will be a Cuppa Tea at Duhig Hse afterwards.

 

Religious  Education  Secretary

The Archdiocese of Cashel & Emly invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Religious Education Secretary. The purpose of this role is to assist the archdiocese in the establishment of a Faith Development Service for primary schools and supporting parish based Sacramental preparation.

This is a 2-year Fixed-Term Contract. Details on www.cashel-emly.ie. Closing date: 6th December.

At St Ailbe’s school 13th  January 13th.  Clean clothes, shoes, handbags, & belts accepted.  No pyjamas, underwear, curtains or bedding.  Bags can be dropped to the school from this Monday, 25th.
