GOSPEL  REFLECTION

The owner of the field who allowed the wheat and the darnel to grow together is a reminder to us to be patient with ourselves and with others when we see everything is not right. Sometimes a preoccupation with the negative (the darnel) can blind us to seeing the positive in our own lives and in the lives of others.

The parables of the mustard seed and the leaven are reminders that seemingly insignificant things can have very positive results.

LOUGH  DERG

There is a three day pilgrimage to Lough Derg from Fri 25th to Sun 27th July.  For further details contact Tipperary Parish Office 062/52727 or Brigid O’Driscoll 087/6305889 or Fr Martin Murphy 086/3868877.

TIDY  TOWNS

The next six weeks are very important as far as judging is concerned.  Please be aware of litter.  We appeal to residents to sweep outside their area.  We also ask residents to water flower tubs or shrubs near them. We would be grateful if they would be watered as there is a lot of watering to be done.  The Council bins in the Post Office yard are for Council use only.  We thank you again for your continued support.
