Candlelight  Memorial  Service

November is a time when we remember, pray for and commemorate our loved ones who have died.

 

On next Sunday, 25th Nov., we will  hold a special Candlelight Memorial Service in St. Ailbe’s Church at 3.00pm. All bereaved parishioners and their extended families are invited to attend.

 

In a particular way, the families of those laid torest in Emly Cemetery during the pat twelve months and the families of parishioners who were laid to rest elsewhere are invited.

 

Bereavement  Support

An Information Evening, designed to give general understanding of grief and bereavement for the benefit of bereaved people : Milford Care Centre, 7.00 – 8.30pm, Tues 27th Nov.  No charge.

 

Healing  Service

Healing Service on Wednesday 21st  Nov in Corpus Christi Church, Moyross, Limerick at 7.30pm with the Friars of the Renewal.  (Does not include Mass

 

Cake Sale & Raffle aid of Homeless

Cake Sale in aid of the Homeless on this Sunday 18th Nov Byrnes Tavern after Mass.  Tickets for raffle of painting and loads of other prizes on sale on the day.   All baking would be greatly appreciated & can be dropped into Byrnes  this Sunday morning.

 

Thank You for your additional donations last weekend to defray costs of the World Meeting of Families & the Pope’s Visit. €555 forwarded.

“Living  with  Autism”

Nicholas Ryan Purcell,formerly of Clashdrumsmith,

will show his second documentary movie on this Thursday, 23rd Nov. in the Excel Cinema, Tipp Tow at 8.00pm. Entitled “This is Nicholas – Living with Autism” – it will feature much of the support he has received from the people and community of Emly.
