12th May 2019: Good Shepherd Sunday
The fourth Sunday of Easter is known as Good Shepherd Day, since the Gospel always tells of Jesus speaking of his mission in terms of a ‘good’ shepherd who goes beyond all limits in caring for his flock of sheep and frail lambs.
This Sunday is also devoted to prayer for priests and religious, and for those whom the Lord is calling to new service in these roles.
Please add your voice to this chorus of prayer.
