BORD  NA  NOG – Sale of Work

Thanks to all who supported the Sale of Work & Cake sale last Sunday. Thanks to those who sponsored spot prizes, donated goods, ticket sellers, stall holders, all who baked, Santa Claus and all the committee members who worked so hard.

The A.G.M of Emly Bord na nOg will be held in the Parish Hall on Mon 13th at 8.30pm.

EMLY  TENNIS  CLUB

The annual trip to the Ice skating Rink in Limerick will take place on Fri 17th Dec.

Cost: €10. Names to be given before Wed next (15th) to Norita Kemp or Mary McGrath.

EMLY  GAA

AGM: Emly GAA Club held its 126th Annual General Meeting last Saturday at Byrnes Tavern.

The top table for the coming year remains unchanged as Sean Hennessy, Tony Harnett and Ger Dawson all remained in their posts of Chairman, Secretary and treasurer respectively.

Lotto Winner: Congratulations to Margaret Cunningham from Tipperary Town who won the €7,400 Lotto jackpot last Tuesday evening.

Next weeks jackpot returns to €1,000 and takes place in Hayes’s Bar.

Houlihan Cup: The annual Junior B Football Tournament between Emly and Knockane takes place on Monday December 27th at 1pm in Emly.
