Right  to  Life.

“Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person”. So says the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 3. All other human rights depend on the right to life.

The Irish Supreme Court declared last week that every unborn baby has this human right, thanks to the 8th Amendment to the Constitution.

If this right is removed then all other human rights are left on shaky ground – for everyone.
