NEWS – 8th August 2011

While we had not much sun this Summer, the mainly dry weather was very suitable to farming activity. Farmers were very busy this past month with the cutting of silage.

The favourable weather has also ensured that the flowers and plants in and around the village of Emly are in full bloom and are very much admired by visitors. Great tribute is due to all who have shown such dedication to the work of enhancing our village by the great care taken in planting and looking after flowers and shrubs.
