SCHOOL  BAND

Two years ago Emly National School introduced the playing of music to the school schedule. Now every pupil from infant to senior class plays one of a variety of instruments. The director of music in the school, Nicole Kirschner, has also started a senior band comprising a mix of past and present pupils. They are preparing at the moment to compete in the upcoming Co.Tipperay Fleadh Cheol.
