ELECTION

The General Election for Dáil Eireann takes place next Friday and there is great activity with candidates and canvassers calling door to door and political posters looking down on us from lamp posts. One candidate, Michael Murphy Fine Gael, has a strong link with Emly being the brother of Mary McGrath, Monemore.
