TIDY  TOWN  2010

Representatives of Emly tidy town committee will tomorrow (Monday) be in the Helix Centre, Dublin for the announcement of the Annual Tidy Town Awards. As national winners in 2009, Emly was the focus of great attention during the year. Many visitors from all over Ireland came to visit Emly.


The death has taken place of Pauline Joy, Monemore, Emly.  Her funeral Mass took place on Wednesday last in Emly church. She is bereaved by her husband Pat, daughter Renagh, sons Seán, Michael and Larry, her brother, sisters and extended family.
